Responded to Our Emergency within the Hour
We came home from our vacation and discovered a sewage smell in our house. We called Shorty’s and they had Jamie at our house within the hour. He discovered our sewage pump had seized. Since we had just moved into this house we didn’t understand how this system worked. Jamie took the time to explain how everything was put together. He fixed the pump before the sewage ended up in our basement – such a nice young man. Great service and we really liked the flat rate pricing!
