Your installer, Clint arrived on time, was professional, clean cut and I was impressed enough to take the time to send this email. The soldering and clean-up was immaculate and I have only the best to say about my experience. So many companies today fall short of my expectations, but not yours. We came home from our vacation and discovered a sewage smell in our house. We called Shorty’s and they had Jamie at our house within the hour. He discovered our sewage pump had seized. Since we had just moved into this house we didn’t understand how this system worked. Jamie took the time to explain how everything was put together.
